The 4-Year MD is designed for students who already hold a BSc or pre-med qualification. The 5-Year MD includes a foundational pre-med year, making it ideal for students coming directly from high school (CSEC/CAPE). Both programs lead to the same internationally recognised MD degree and offer the same clinical rotation opportunities in the USA, UK and Canada.
Clinical rotations are conducted at our network of 85+ affiliated hospitals and health systems across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and the Caribbean. These are real clinical environments where you'll work alongside practicing physicians during your third and fourth years.

For the 4-Year MD: a bachelor's degree with a science background (Biology, Chemistry, or related field) or an equivalent pre-medical qualification. For the 5-Year MD: completion of secondary school (CSEC, CAPE, A-Levels or equivalent) with passes in Biology and Chemistry. All instruction is in English, so proficiency is required.
